The National Chairman of the County Assemblies Forum (CAF) who doubles up as the Hon. Speaker of the Kwale County Assembly, Seth Kamanza, has welcomed the official opening of the Main Chamber of the County Assembly of Bomet, describing the milestone as a major step forward in strengthening devolution and deepening effective governance at the county level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaker Kamanza commended the leadership of the Bomet County Assembly for delivering a modern legislative facility that reflects the growing importance of county assemblies in Kenya\u2019s devolved system of government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
