She added that the strategic purpose was to demonstrate that home is bigger than any single community, reflecting a customer base drawn from across the country.

The grand finale featured three primary pillars designed to link local producers directly with consumers. Through the Ni Kwetu Marketplace, regional and national suppliers showcased and sampled products directly to the public, demonstrating how local agricultural and manufacturing partners leverage national retail platforms to achieve market scale. Additionally, the Taste of Ni Kwetu culinary showcase highlighted regional dishes prepared using ingredients sourced through Naivas’ fresh supply chain networks. The day concluded with a combined performance bringing together all 11 cultural groups, highlighting the campaign’s core message of unity and diversity within the national retail ecosystem.

The initiative underscores the company’s expanding investment in Western Kenya, where regional fresh-sourcing networks and supplier partnerships support local agricultural livelihoods while reinforcing national supply chains.

Andreas von Paleske, Chief Executive Officer of Naivas, noted that the campaign reflects the retailer’s commitment to aligning modern trade with local community identity across its store network nationwide.

Jorsen Patten, Chief Commercial Officer of Naivas, emphasized that combining cultural engagement with commercial access delivers tangible economic benefits to local vendors, noting that the marketplace model connects regional suppliers and local sourcing with a platform that turns homegrown quality into national reach.

Naivas concludes “Naivas Ni Kwetu” campaign with cultural, commercial showcase in Kisumu Naivas Supermarkets, one…

[15

post-10416","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-business
["GET
