Nairobi, Kenya \u2013 The President of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), Faith Odhiambo, has issued a scathing critique of police brutality during peaceful demonstrations, describing the habit of violently suppressing protests as “incorrigible.” Her statement comes in the wake of a protest advocating for an end to femicide and greater protection of women, during which police reportedly used excessive force on demonstrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
