It\u2019s wrong when you don\u2019t want to apologize. Apologies are the bridge to reconciliation. Refusing to say “I\u2019m sorry” not only damages relationships but also diminishes personal integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madam CEO explained that when these \u201cdon\u2019ts\u201d converge, the result is often catastrophic. Pride, which she describes as a dangerous obsession, leads to the breakdown of relationships\u2014whether personal, familial, or professional.
