Naivas Supermarkets, Kenya\u2019s leading retail chain, has announced that effective 1st November 2025, Andreas von Paleske, currently Chief of Strategy, will succeed David Kimani as Chief Executive Officer as part of its long-
term growth strategy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andreas joined Naivas eight years ago and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company\u2019s strategic direction
during a period of rapid expansion. Under the joint stewardship of David and Andreas, Naivas has grown to over
100 stores and reinforced its market leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David Kimani, who has served as CEO and is a founding member of Naivas, has chosen the company\u2019s 35th
anniversary as the moment to pass the baton. He will continue to play an active role in the business alongside
