The National Construction Authority (NCA) continues to demonstrate firm, professional, and proactive oversight of Kenya\u2019s construction sector through a strong culture of institutional leadership, teamwork, and regulatory vigilance, under the stewardship of Executive Director and Registrar of Contractors, Eng. Maurice Akech, MBS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the recent structural failure at a proposed residential development along Peponi Road, Westlands, the Authority\u2019s coordinated and timely response reflected NCA\u2019s institutional commitment to public safety, regulatory compliance, and accountability.
