She noted that while image-making may offer short-term visibility, it undermines long-term credibility, personal well-being, and sustainable success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDoing what is right and remaining consistent may be quiet, but the world eventually recognises authenticity,\u201d Dr. Muchemi said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She warned that maintaining a false persona often leads to emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and identity loss, while also eroding trust and preventing the formation of genuine relationships. According to Dr. Muchemi, such behaviour fuels imposter syndrome, stunts personal growth, and increases vulnerability to burnout and unhealthy coping mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Muchemi further observed that character and integrity remain the true foundations of leadership, especially in moments of crisis where superficial image collapses and real values are tested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her remarks have sparked conversation among business leaders and professionals, reinforcing the call for substance over appearance and consistency over performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAuthenticity may be quiet,\u201d she noted, \u201cbut it is powerful.
