Connected Africa Summit 2026 Officially Confirmed for Nairobi <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organisers of the Connected Africa Summit (CAS) have officially announced that the 2026 edition will take place from April 27\u201330, 2026, at the Edge Convention Centre in Nairobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the theme \u201cUniting Africa\u2019s Innovation for a Single Digital Market,\u201d CAS2026 will move beyond conversations to drive measurable outcomes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The summit will convene presidents, senior government officials, policymakers, innovators, investors, and private sector leaders from across the continent to accelerate Africa\u2019s digital transformation agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s focus is clear: foster collaboration, pilot scalable solutions, and ensure that digital initiatives translate into real impact for businesses, governments, and communities across Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building on a Strong LegacyCAS2026 builds on the momentum of previous editions, including:CAS2024 \u2013 \u201cShaping the Future of a Connected Africa: Unlocking Growth Beyond Connectivity\u201dCAS2025 \u2013 \u201cThe Digital Journey: Vision to Reality\u201dOver the years, the summit has grown into one of Africa\u2019s premier platforms for shaping the continent\u2019s digital ecosystem and strengthening cross-border policy alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, more than 2,000 delegates gathered in Diani, Kenya, to explore critical issues such as digital inclusion, climate technology, broadband expansion, and future-ready skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The forum featured keynote addresses from Kenya\u2019s Prime Cabinet Secretary, Musalia Mudavadi, and the Cabinet Secretary for ICT and the Digital Economy, William Kabogo Gitau. Other prominent speakers included Philip Thigo, Kenya\u2019s Special Envoy on Technology, and Eunice Pohlmann, Chair of Women in Technology & Innovation Africa.
