Abdiweli Ali Musse, Director of the Somali Youth Leadership and Initiatives Center and former advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The passage of the document follows extensive efforts led by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Mohamed Abdulkadir Ali, who spearheaded strategic engagements across government departments, civil society groups, youth organization representatives, and international partners to secure Cabinet support<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The charter&#8217;s ratification aligns Somalia with continental standards established by the African Union to promote inclusive growth, youth leadership, and institutional accountability<sup><\/sup>.
