The investigation reportedly involved an extensive review of inventory records, customer sales, banking transactions, financial documents and other business records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company alleges that the investigation uncovered evidence suggesting that company-owned inventory was sold without authorization, that proceeds from those sales were not properly remitted to the Company, and that company property was misappropriated for personal benefit. The Company further alleges that attempts were made to conceal these activities through inaccurate or incomplete financial reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result of these findings, Mr. Syed Aoun Hassan\u2019s engagement with the Company has been terminated with immediate effect.
