By John Kariuki

Thika-based real estate firm Maono Lands Limited marked yet another milestone over the weekend with a colorful and vibrant title deed issuance ceremony at Ruiru Rainbow Resort. The highly anticipated event, which began at 10 a.m., brought together scores of clients from across the company’s projects who came to celebrate the fulfillment of their property ownership dreams.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement, music, and celebration as clients, staff, and invited guests shared in the joy of this important achievement. Entertainment sessions set the mood before the formal program kicked off, giving the event a true festival-like feel.

Rev. Steve, a board member of Maono Lands, opened the ceremony with an inspiring address that urged Kenyans to seize the moment and secure property. “This is the best time to invest in buying property,” he said, emphasizing the importance of land ownership as a foundation for family security and generational wealth.

Marketing Manager Grace Mwichigi further energized the audience by introducing Maono’s dedicated staff and announcing a special one-day offer. She revealed that plots in Kinamba, Nyahururu were available at a discounted rate of KSh 100,000, reduced from the standard KSh 150,000. The announcement was received with enthusiasm, with many attendees showing keen interest in grabbing the deal.

Company Manager Muohi Kimani reassured those who were yet to receive their documents that they would not be left behind. He confirmed that another issuance event would take place on September 6, 2025, ensuring that every client receives their rightful title deed without delay.

Closing remarks were delivered by Pastor Sammy on behalf of the company’s Director, Mr. Kinyua Wairatu, who was away on official duties. In his written message, Wairatu thanked clients for their loyalty and trust. “For the last seven years of our existence, we have provided homes for over 4,000 Kenyans. You are our inspiration, and we deeply value you for the growth of Maono Lands Limited,” he noted.

He also outlined the company’s forward-looking vision, which includes partnering with developers to provide affordable homes and supporting clients in agricultural ventures to create sustainable income streams.

The event culminated with the official handover of title deeds, followed by a communal lunch that brought together clients, staff, and partners in a spirit of celebration and unity. For Maono Lands Limited, it was not just a day of issuing deeds but a reaffirmation of its commitment to transforming lives through land ownership.
