Naivas Supermarket has unveiled the first batch of winners in its annual Kikwetu festive promotion, with shoppers from various regions clinching top rewards including a new car and several motorbikes.

Head of Marketing, Flo Saronge, applauded the winners and expressed gratitude to customers for their unwavering support, noting that their enthusiasm is what fuels the long-running campaign.

In a statement issued on 24 November 2025, the retailer’s said that among those honoured was Mr. Nahashon Kamau from the Komarock branch, who became the first recipient of a car in the 2025 Kikwetu promotion. Saronge wished him memorable and safe travels in his new vehicle. Other customers who won motorbikes include Kevin Malinji Bushuru from Bungoma, Esther Chege from Riruta Satellite, Simon Kasere Oluvouwa from Narok, Christopher Kiro from Mwembe Tayari, and Ephantus Njiru from Embu Pearl Centre. According to Naivas, their motorbikes are ready for pickup.

“These prizes are more than simple gifts; they represent meaningful milestones for our shoppers, made possible because they continue choosing Naivas,” Saronge said.

She encouraged customers across the retailer’s 112 outlets to keep participating in the promotion, emphasizing that the campaign is still ongoing and each shopping visit increases their chances of winning.

She added that Kikwetu is more than a promotion – it is our way of celebrating community, family, and the trust you place in Naivas every day.

According to Naivas customers using the Naivas Loyalty Card are automatically entered into the draw, as every filled shopping bag converts into entry points. Shoppers who have not registered for the loyalty program can sign up instantly and at no cost, either online or at any customer service desk. Once enrolled, every purchase contributes to their eligibility for prizes.

There are a significant number of rewards remain up for grabs as the promotion enters its next stage. The retailer still has five new cars to award before Christmas, in addition to forty motorbikes, daily and weekly electronics giveaways, and its well-known Christmas mbuzis — which will this year be accompanied by chickens. With such a vast variety of prizes remaining, Naivas says each visit to its stores presents a real chance of winning.
