MP Mary Maingi Sends Back-to-School Message to Learners

Mwea — Mwea Member of Parliament Hon. Mary Maingi has wished learners a peaceful, focused and successful school term as schools reopen across the country.

In her message, the MP described the new term as a season of fresh beginnings, renewed determination and new goals for learners at all levels.

“As our children return to school, I wish them a peaceful, focused and successful term ahead,” she said. “This is a time to reset, dream afresh and work towards excellence.”

Hon. Maingi said she looks forward to visiting schools across the constituency to engage with learners, encourage them and support their academic journey through bursaries, mentorship and motivation programmes. She noted that particular attention will be given to candidate classes as they work towards achieving their performance goals.

She also commended teachers and parents for their continued commitment to nurturing learners and shaping their futures.

“To every child, keep believing in yourself. To every teacher and parent, thank you for walking this journey with our children,” she said.

Hon. Maingi reaffirmed her commitment to strengthening education support systems in Mwea, noting that education remains a key pillar of sustainable community development.
