Connected Africa Summit 2026 Officially Confirmed for Nairobi

The organisers of the Connected Africa Summit (CAS) have officially announced that the 2026 edition will take place from April 27–30, 2026, at the Edge Convention Centre in Nairobi.

Under the theme “Uniting Africa’s Innovation for a Single Digital Market,” CAS2026 will move beyond conversations to drive measurable outcomes.

The summit will convene presidents, senior government officials, policymakers, innovators, investors, and private sector leaders from across the continent to accelerate Africa’s digital transformation agenda.

This year’s focus is clear: foster collaboration, pilot scalable solutions, and ensure that digital initiatives translate into real impact for businesses, governments, and communities across Africa.

In 2025, more than 2,000 delegates gathered in Diani, Kenya, to explore critical issues such as digital inclusion, climate technology, broadband expansion, and future-ready skills.

The forum featured keynote addresses from Kenya’s Prime Cabinet Secretary, Musalia Mudavadi, and the Cabinet Secretary for ICT and the Digital Economy, William Kabogo Gitau. Other prominent speakers included Philip Thigo, Kenya’s Special Envoy on Technology, and Eunice Pohlmann, Chair of Women in Technology & Innovation Africa.
