SETH KAMANZA HAILS BOMET ASSEMBLY MILESTONE AS A VICTORY FOR DEVOLUTION

The National Chairman of the County Assemblies Forum (CAF) who doubles up as the Hon. Speaker of the Kwale County Assembly, Seth Kamanza, has welcomed the official opening of the Main Chamber of the County Assembly of Bomet, describing the milestone as a major step forward in strengthening devolution and deepening effective governance at the county level.
