Kenya’s leading retail chain, Naivas Supermarkets, hosted an exclusive media preview on Friday to unveil its upcoming annual consumer campaign, “Naivas Kikwetu Kila Siku,” ahead of its official public launch scheduled for Saturday at Greenspan Mall in Nairobi.

The nationwide campaign, which also marks the retailer’s 36th anniversary, features a wide array of consumer rewards for loyalty program members, including vehicles, a pickup truck, shopping vouchers, electronics, and hundreds of goats and chickens.

Speaking during the briefing, Jorsen Patten, Chief Commercial Officer at Naivas Supermarkets, noted that the initiative underscores the company’s commitment to building lasting relationships with its customer base while celebrating local communities across the country.

“Customers who return week after week are the foundation of our business, and this campaign is our way of saying thank you,” Patten said.

Florence Saronge, Head of Marketing at Naivas, emphasized that the daily reward structure aims to recognize customer loyalty through practical prizes that offer real everyday value to Kenyan households.

First established in 2011 as a key fixture on the retailer’s calendar, the “Kikwetu” initiative has evolved to align with core market promises of product freshness, quality, and affordability.

With an expansive footprint operating more than 110 stores across over 38 counties, Naivas continues to expand its retail reach to serve growing consumer demand across East Africa’s largest economy.
