HE Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka said that the Adani deals not just JKIA, but SHA/SHIF and KETRACO are clouded with secrecy.
“This matter against the Adani Group takeover of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA)is of critical importance. We are dealing with critical infrastructure that touches on the national security and the well-being of the nation-state called Kenya,” Kalonzo said outside Milimani High Court.
Dr Musyoka was leading the team of lawyers Hon Eugene Wamalwa and David Adoli representing Petitioners Tony Gachoka, the Wiper Democratic Movement Party, DAP Kenya, and the Jubilee Party.
“We are determined to fight over this matter not just for the benefit of the present generation but for the future generations of this country,” Musyoka said.
The Matter has been postponed to November 27, 2024.
