Nairobi, Kenya – Kenya Seed Company Chairperson Hon. Wangui Ngirici has emphasized the critical importance of partnerships, collaboration, and focused leadership in advancing Kenya’s agricultural and agribusiness sectors. She made the remarks during a recognition event organized by StarBrands East Africa, celebrating outstanding performers across various professional fields.

Hon. Ngirici, who reflected on her experience transitioning from politics to technocratic leadership, highlighted that effective leadership is rooted in collective effort.

“Leadership—whether in politics, business, or technical fields—is all about working with people. It requires focus and partnerships. Without collaboration, progress is impossible,” she said.
