Florence Kajuju, Chairperson of the Commission of Administrative Justice (Office of Ombudsman) on Wednesday hailed the IEBC for conducting credible elections.
Kajuju said that IEBC’s level of preparedness and election was largely successful.
“The commission notes with appreciation that, the measures taken by IEBC to address the short-comings that led to the nullification of the 2017 presidential election have greatly improved the 2022 electoral processes. This is evidenced by the few incidents observed in relation to KIEMS kit failure,” Kajuju added.
The CAJ commissioned 120 election observers to more than 700 polling stations across 33 counties.
